Our Private Patient Account Manager will be with you every step of the way
Our Private Patient Account Manager will be your point of contact throughout your whole journey as a patient at Tees Valley Hospital. She will always be at the end of the phone or email and will ensure you receive excellent care from the moment you contact us, right through to your aftercare. 

Danielle is responsible for ensuring your experience at Tees Valley Hospital is second to none. She has many years' experience of dealing with private patients and consultants.  

From your initial call, or email, Danielle will listen to your enquiry, offer advice on our services and consultants, answer any questions, send information and can book you in for a consultation.  

If you decide to proceed with surgery, Danielle is your main contact point and responsible for co-ordinating your appointments and assisting with any queries you may have.
