Primary and secondary Breast reshaping – breast enlargement, reduction, uplifting, and symmetrising surgery are available; revision breast reshaping is also offered for patients who have previously undergone breast surgery whether for breast cancer or cosmetic reasons.
Body contouring procedures – tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), liposuction, lipomodelling, and arm and thigh lifts are available. This may be following weight loss, pregnancy, previous surgery, or as a natural consequence of aging.

Mr Alex Jones is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon specialising in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures to enhance the breasts, body and face. He has both NHS and Private practices, which enables him to provide high quality care for patients with cancer and following trauma, as well as for those who are considering purely aesthetic or cosmetic procedures.
Within his NHS practice, Mr Jones is the lead plastic surgery clinician for head, neck and facial reconstruction, as well as having a key role in complex primary and revision breast reconstruction cases. He also looks after many patients with skin cancer and limb trauma.
In the aesthetic/cosmetic arena, Mr Jones has built up a strong reputation for creating individualised, safe and effective surgical plans for patients wishing to enhance the face, body and breasts. He works closely with patients to ensure there is understanding between patient and surgeon to maximise the chances of achieving the aims and objectives each patient wants, while maintaining realistic expectations of what can likely be achieved.
Mr Jones has regular busy clinic and operating lists at Tees Valley Hospital, where the hospital and staff are able to support a cohesive package of care for each patient. All patients considering cosmetic procedures are seen on at least two separate occasions within the single consultation fee. There is sufficient downtime allowed in between assessment and treatment to ensure that patients are certain about their treatment plans, and that both patient and surgeon are clear on the goals.
Mr Jones has received comprehensive medical training across Yorkshire and the North of England, specialising in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, This culminated in the prestigious, nationally appointed, cross-specialty Interface Fellowship in Head and Neck surgery. He attends many national and international plastic surgery meetings to broaden his knowledge base and keep up to date. He has the correct credentials to practice Plastic Surgery independently in the UK which include:
• A full-time permanent NHS Consultant Post since 2014
• Completion of the UK Plastic Surgery Royal College Examination - FRCS (Plast)
• Certification of completion of training in the UK in Plastic surgery (CCT in Plastic Surgery)
• Accreditation on the GMC specialist register in Plastic Surgery (6099098)
• Full Membership with the British Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (BAPRAS).
