A procedure popular with women to remove unwanted body fat to achieve a slimmer figure and enhance their appearance. Liposuction involves surgically removing fat cells from areas of the body that tend to hold the fat (thighs, hips, stomach and buttocks) and the procedure is delivered under general anaesthetic and time is dependent upon size and location.
A tummy tuck removes the excess skin and fat from the stomach and can also tighten the abdominal muscles leaving the area looking slimmer and tighter. The surgery is performed under general anaesthetic and can take up to 3 hours dependent upon amount of skin and fat to be removed.
A procedure commonly known as ‘bingo wings’ suitable for people conscious of excess skin on the underside of their arm often a result of losing weight or general ageing. The procedure is delivered under general anaesthetic and takes around two hours involving small incisions into the skin and removal of fat to give the arms a more defined appearance.
