COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Patient and Visitor Information

Ramsay Health Care UK has offered its full support to the National Health Service to assist with its response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

As we are dedicating all of our capacity to the NHS many of our procedures and consultations have been postponed. We will be contacting all patients this affects but please do not attend your appointment or procedure if it is not urgent. If you are required to visit the hospital, please do not attend if you are showing any Coronavirus symptoms, however mild.

Urgent Referrals

We will continue to welcome all urgent referrals for cancer treatment, where this is an established service or in collaboration with and in support of the local NHS Trusts, throughout this period. Please contact our Urgent Care Team on 01245 943869 if you have an urgent oncology referral.

Information about visitors

We have suspended all visitors attending our sites, apart from in exceptional circumstances to keep our teams and patients safe. Thank you for your patience and support during these difficult times.

Many many thanks to the consultant and staff nurse who went above and beyond their duties when my husband visited the hospital on 2nd February 2018.
